The Cor-Valv system offers a unique line of adaptable tissue retractors allowing optimum surgical access and exposure during valve surgery, either through sternotomy or minimally invasive intercostal approach. The titanium based system offers superior durability and corrosion resistance to caustic agents used in instrument cleaning procedure.

The External Aortic Annuloplasty Ring, a novel and unique design used in aortic valve sparring procedures, is the new kid on the block. The extra-aortic Annuloplasty ring is elastic in design, allowing for approximately 10% expansion, mimicking the normal motion of the native aortic annulus. It is easily implanted external to the aortic root, avoiding cusp interference. The CE approved Annuloplasty ring is available in six sizes enabling standardized repair procedures. Also shown at the conference was the Djumbodis Dissection System, designed for both per-aortic placement during surgical treatment of type-A aortic dissections and percutaneous placement for type-B dissections.
