Thank you for all your support and understanding on the precautions we took to temporarily close our office in the past week due to a confirmed case with one of our employees.
We are most pleased to inform you that the confirmed case was discharged from the hospital on 16th February 2020 (Sun) after being tested negative for the virus twice in 24 hours. The four other colleagues, with close contact to the confirmed case, who were invited by CHP to be isolated earlier were also discharged from the quarantine centre on 16th February.
Pacific Medical Services office will remain closed until 25th February 2020 and our employees will work from home during this period. For any urgent or special requests, customers can reach us on 2108-4005.
Our employees are reminded to follow the Centre for Health Protection guidelines to maintain good personal hygiene at all times, with wearing masks and frequent hand washing. Should one have any respiratory symptoms, please seek medical advice promptly. Anyone who has recently travelled to the Mainland is mandated to self-isolate for 14 days after returning to Hong Kong.

Pacific Medical Services (PMS) 接獲最新通知，於上星期確診感染新型冠狀病毒的一名員工，經24小時內兩次病毒檢測呈陰性後，已在2月16日（星期日）獲准出院。而早前依照衛生防護中心指示，接受隔離的4位有密切接觸的同事，亦於同日獲准離開檢疫中心。我們謹此感謝各客戶和供應商，對我們在這段期間所採取的安全措施給予支持及理解。
公司辦公室將會如期於2020年2月25日重開，在此期間，員工會繼續在家辦公。如客戶有任何緊急或特別要求，請致電2108-4005聯絡我們。
我們希望再次提醒員工依照衛生防護中心指引，時刻保持良好的個人衛生，戴上口罩，經常洗手。當出現呼吸道感染病徵時，應盡早向醫生求診。如近日曾在內地逗留的人士，返港後都必須接受十四天的強制檢疫。
